After waiting for 1 hour 1/2, asking several times the server if the food was coming, we decided it was enough of our time. We had 3 drinks and as we decided to leave, the server brought the check. I was so shocked by this that I asked to talk to the manager, who was just a coward as he went hiding. Another server decided to jump in and was so rude that the second manager came and did ask us to pay for the drinks!
The table next to us was having the same experience and also decided to leave.
I have never seen a place in Miami making the customers pay for their drinks after having such an awful experience and not getting their food after 1 hour 1/2!!!
BE CAREFUL with this place! It might be a great location (which I'm sure the people running it are very aware of that), service and management are a shame!!!December 04, 2016
